Coaching sessions combine both action and learning to enable you to live your authentic life, achieve your goals and overcome obstacles. It is a collaborative process which focuses on the present and what you can do now for your future self. It empowers you to be in control of your own life.

There is space for exploration and curiosity whilst also setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic, Time framed ) goals and actions to give you the best possibility for success in facilitating change.
Meditation
Meditation offers many added benefits to Coaching work.
If this is something that interests you, I offer Coaching and Meditation packages which combine all the transformational coaching elements but also the specific benefits of integrating meditation and mindfulness into your day. Meditation when used consistently can help to keep you connected, grounded and present. It can support in easing your nervous system, quietening the mind and may even lower blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate.
